This family friendly hotel is scarcely 2 km from the centre of Badajoz, in the exclusive residential area of Guadiana. The surrounding area guarantees peace and tranquillity, making it the ideal place for guests to take a break and relax. A variety of restaurants, bars and shopping centres can be found only a 5-minute walk away. The University of Extremadura, the Infanta Cristina Hospital and Badajoz Trade Fair Institution are all close by. The hotel is also easily accessible from the motorways to Portugal and Madrid.

This fully air-conditioned, modern and functional building offers guests a new hotel concept. Built in December 2004, it comprises a total of 50 apartments. Facilities include: lobby with 24-hour reception, a safe, currency exchange, lift access, laundry service, parking and garage. Daily room service is also available free of charge. WiFi Internet access is available for free throughout the hotel.
